During the holiday season it is so hard to keep the body filled with antioxidant rich, high nutrient meals. We are constantly surrounded with sugary and processed foods around the holiday parties. This easy, nutritious smoothie recipe can improve immunity, bring your body back to balance, and help keep those sugar cravings low.
- 1 16 oz. Sol-ti Pure Green
- If you don’t have access to Sol-ti yet, you can add 1 cup spinach, 1/4 cup kale, 1/2 apple with 2 cups water or nut milk to substitute
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 in. cube of ginger
- 1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder (I like this Pea Protein from Trader Joe’s)
- 1 squeeze of a half lemon
- 1 tbsp with bee pollen
Blend together in NutriBullet until smooth. Top with bee pollen for added immunity benefits. Enjoy!
